Job Description

We are seeking a nephrologist. The nephrologist should offer hemodialysis, dialysis and post-surgical care to patients who have had a kidney transplant. They also need to consult with patients to diagnose illness and evaluate their kidneys to determine the best treatment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure better patient care, they should order and conduct tests as soon as possible.
  • The doctor should be able and willing to discuss the results of the tests and provide as much detail as possible about their injuries and illnesses.
  • To provide better care, they must gather and analyze the patient’s medical history.
  • They should be able to guide them in any lifestyle or diet changes.
  • They should be able to take care of all patients and assist them in their faster and better recovery.
  • They should have the ability to communicate with patients.
  • They should prescribe alternative medications or treatments to treat the patient’s condition.
  • They should keep an accurate record of injuries and be vigilant about the condition of patients.
  • They must be able to prescribe medicines and treat the patient’s condition.
  • They must make as many follow-up visits as necessary to restore full recovery.
  • Based on their tests, they should refer patients when necessary to specialists.
  • They should be compassionate towards patients and their families.
  • They should be able to work for long hours without any breaks.
  • The patient must be treated with patience and politeness.
