Job Description

In our organization, we are in urgent need of a general surgeon. You must have both eyes and hands on the task at hand if you want to save lives. If you want to attain your maximum potential, you’ll need the ability to perform well under pressure, a talent that must be developed. Passion for the job and confidence in one’s own talents are both required.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You must first perform a test to ensure that the patient is healthy enough to undergo surgery.
  • You must order and analyze the medical test, as well as discuss the possible results.
  • You must create and update the patient’s recovery record.
  • You should thoroughly explain the recovery process and the expected time of recovery from surgery.
  • You must effectively schedule operations and coordinate with the staff.
  • You must be able to make decisions based on the demands of the situation.
  • You should be familiar with at least the first nine surgical areas.
  • You must be patient and compassionate toward the patients and their families.
