Job Description
To apply for nursing jobs in Dubai, you should have a diploma in nursing or be a registered nurse. It would help if DHA/HAAD or MOH licensed you to practice as a nurse in the UAE. If you don’t have any prior experience, you can also apply for a home care nurse in Dubai. Whatever you do, you should keep your patient’s health in mind. Monitor the patient, keep records, and describe the condition to doctors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Offers a range of professional and high-quality nursing activities using the nursing process, with a direct emphasis.
- Provides quality medical care to patients under supervision and guidance by Head Nurse or Duty Manager. Critical and general care operating rooms in a Medicare hospital or labor and delivery units, emergency rooms, and clinics work during any shift when needed.
- Conducts a systematic pre- and ongoing assessment of the patient’s psychological and physical condition, clearly based on their age. Examine the educational needs of the patient or family and readiness to learn using appropriate resources.
- Evaluates patient/family leave planning needs using appropriate resources.
- Maintains safety and infection control awareness and functions by requirements. Takes corrective action when needed
- Acts as a patient advocate and builds supportive relationships with the family/patient while playing a traditional role.
Qualification: B.Sc Nursing, Environmental Science, Biomedical, Any graduate
