We are looking for nurse educators who will be responsible for educating and evaluating nursing and patient care personnel, as well as facilitating evidence-based research in a specific field of nursing. They will need to work with medical practitioners to integrate nursing practices into the plan of care for a specific group of patients. They will be required to provide direct specialized nursing services to patients as needed while adhering to Joint Commission standards and all relevant rules, procedures, and recommendations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides instructional leadership to patients and caregivers in order to improve specialized patient care within a well-established healthcare context.
- Across the continuum of care, assists patients and caregivers with educational needs, issue resolution, and health management.
- Plans, implements, and delivers instructional courses in collaboration with medical practitioners, patient care personnel, and unit administration.
- Initiates skill development programs within the boundaries of existing care models; monitors trends and executes instructional methods to ensure quality standards and criteria are fulfilled.
Qualification: B.Sc Nursing, Environmental Science, Biomedical, Any graduate
