Job Description

ICU (Intensive Care Unit) doctors, often known as Critical Care doctors, are highly trained doctors who treat and care for patients with life-threatening illnesses. Because of their sophisticated care abilities and the fact that they only serve one or two patients at a time. This permits them to keep a close eye on their patients and be ready to treat and save their lives as soon as they need it.

An intensive care unit doctor is a member of the health care team and works closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

This means that they must be able to evaluate patients and work with high-tech equipment without any difficulty. In order to care for critically ill patients as well as their families, critical care doctors must be physically, intellectually, and emotionally fit.

As a member of the health care team, intensive care unit doctors collaborate closely with physicians and other health care providers.
